Ms. Bryant was born in Durango and raised in Pagosa Springs Colorado, spending most of her free time hiking, biking, running, and participating in school athletics. After graduating Pagosa Springs High School, Ms. Bryant decided to stay close to home; thus, she attended Fort Lewis College, in Durango, CO. While in college, Ms. Bryant continued her love for athletics by running on both the Fort Lewis Cross Country and Track team. Ms. Bryant earned Summa Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Education K-6. After graduating college, Ms. Bryant was drawn back to her hometown and pursued a teaching career. Ms. Bryant has experience working with students K-6 and has a passion for bringing fun, engaging, and relative experiences into the classroom. Ms. Bryant believes all students deserve a safe and welcoming classroom environment, one in which they feel comfortable being themselves and taking risks to grow and learn. Ms. Bryant also believes that all students are capable of great things, especially when they are encouraged, coached, and believed in. During Ms. Bryant’s free time, you can find her up on the mountains, spending time with loved ones, and furthering her passion/education in teaching.
